Zack graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2006 with a B.S. in accounting and a B.S. in finance.  Upon graduation he began his career in public accounting at Cole & Reed, PC.

While at Cole & Reed, he focused heavily on taxation in the construction, banking, and insurance industries. In 2012, Zack joined Grant Thornton, LP as a tax manager in their Oklahoma City office and worked with several businesses on tax compliance in oil & gas and individuals with private wealth tax services.  In 2015, he joined a mid-sized accounting firm as a tax manager and continued his career in assisting small businesses and their owners in taxation and advisory services.

He is a certified public accountant, a member of the Oklahoma Society of CPAs, and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

When out of the office Zack loves to hike and fish.  At one point in his life, he had six coffee makers with a specific purpose for each one.  He has luckily trimmed it down to four coffee makers and a blasphemous instant coffee mix that he only uses on hikes and while camping.  His wife, Lindsey, and their kids enjoy traveling and playing board games.  Since Lindsey is also a tax accountant, their dinner conversations get wild with tax talk to their kids’ chagrin.
